Fair-use limits and terms

These keep delivery predictable and quality high for every client.

Service limits

  • Comment engagement: replies and moderation on your posts, Monday to Saturday, during business hours
  • Automation: one DM and comment automation flow per reel, with up to two rounds of changes per flow each month
  • Resource building: one PDF guide, checklist or similar digital resource per reel, one revision round each
  • Reels: scripts and edits include one revision round per reel
  • We auto-reply to DMs from people through automation

Commercial terms

  • Shooting is included: 2 shoot days per month, 8 hours per day. Extra shoot time is quoted separately
  • Paid ad spend and ad management are not included
  • Monthly retainer, billed in advance
  • An advance confirms your start date and the onboarding slot
  • Third-party tool or subscription costs for automation are billed at actuals, if required
